I've been pretty impressed with this year's summer sales. I'm guessing that the crazy hormonal weather precipitated the massive discounts so that the stores could shift their spring/summer stock. I'm not complaining, that's for sure. I've only managed to wear my new skirt once before dashing home to change into something more weather appropriate. Last Saturday, I was confident enough to put on my denim cutoffs only to regret the decision later in the day. Pfffffft.... I'm not taking any chances, hence all the sweaters and jackets featured here.

  2. I believe repetto pumps are the best, these are a great price in the sale but they are sadly sold out in my size 37, are they normally true to size? I love them in red.

    1. If you're buying patent ones, be sure to buy 2 sizes up. They run VERY small. As for normal/suede leather, go up 1 size.

  3. OK, I'm now stuffing my fingers in my ears and singing loudly ... enough with the sales bargains. How's a girl supposed to stick to a strict budget with such temptation on display???

  4. Even here in the summer - and yesterday temps were 100degrees you still need your layers and cardies and you don't get as much use out of your sleeveless stuff as you'd think...

    1. Thanks for making me feel better. Argh. This inconsistent weather here is driving everyone here crazy. It's ping ponging between 26˚C to 16˚C. The nights can be as cold as 9˚C.

    1. Yup, there's nothing we can do about the weather. Not even evening primrose oil could help with its PMS :P

  7. Like I told you in IG...the repetto (this same shade) ran out of my size. Sigh..
But I sorta did good still. Bought quite a bit of stuff esp from net-a-porter sale. :D
